Terms of service
Last updated 30 October 2026
These terms apply to House Hub Studio, the website and the application, provided by Cor Meum Ltd (company number 16670739, 116 Wards Road, Ilford, England, IG2 7AZ). House Hub Studio is owned by House Hub Media and Cor Meum Ltd. If an agency has a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement takes priority over these terms.
1. Accounts
Agencies create accounts for their team and their clients. Keep your sign-in details private, and tell us at [email protected] if you think your account has been misused. The agency's owners are responsible for who they invite and what those people can do.
2. Your content
You and your agency keep all rights to the content you upload. You give us permission to host, process, copy and display it only as needed to run the service for you. You must have the right to upload it, including permission from people who appear in it where that's required.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use House Hub Studio to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, try to reach another agency's data, overload or probe the service, or resell it without our written agreement.
4. Fees
Fees, if any, are set out in your agency's order or agreement. Payments that clients make to an agency through Square are between the client and the agency.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we don't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if we remove something important, we'll give account owners reasonable notice.
6. Ending your account
An agency can close its account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After closing, owners can ask for an export of their data for 30 days; we then delete it as set out in the privacy policy.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees paid to us for the service in that period.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
